The origin story to sourcing and consolidating this parcel of land began in 2019. Located across from Winnipeg’s own Delucas speciality foods, this block between Lipton and Banning Street was in need of repair. Winning the support of planners, councillors, and the Biz board alike, enabled Exemplar Developments to pursue the design conceptually created by award winning architect, George Cibinel of Cibinel Architecture.
